Mine cant be THAT much down on power to everyone elses AWDs - engine was/is fresh and very healthy.
Saying that - I was told that the Dyno I was on, is a very tough Dyno - likes to quote lower numbers than actual.
Will look into getting another dyno run done on it in due time to reflect current modifications
Car: 03 TJ AWD Sports

Dyno: ART Melbourne
Power: 108.5 Kw @ 155kph 4th Gear

Dont have a scanner, Type40 has seen the sheet to verify the numbers.
No RPM readout given on dyno sheet.
** Type40 has seen and verifies! **
My old natmo setup:
Car: TJ2 AWD
Mods: Std Internals, hurricanes, kn panel, hftb, streetfighter proto, 2.5"catback into dual 2", 98ron, Moristech Prosequential tuned
Dyno: Hunter All Wheel Dyno, Mainline 4wd
Power: 132kw atw tuned
Torque: ?
Discussion. Think the results are BS, which upsets me enormously as I paid twice to have this work done and then verified, then paid again to verify on another mainline only to spin 2x rod bearings.
Dyno shows before and after tune. Also shows a low top speed. Doddski I think you were run in 5th gear??
Car: KJ AWD
Car: KJ AWD
Car: 09/2004 TL AWD VRX
Mods: HM Headers, 100CPM Redback racing cat, Streetfighter and stock manifold comparison runs completed
Dyno: SKR Mainline DynoLog Chassis Dyno with all runs in 3rd gear.
Power: 103.8 Kw @ 104 KPH with stock manifold, 101.4 Kw @ 106KMH with Streetfighter manifold
Torque: 422.4NM @ 80KPH with stock manifold, 409.6 NM @83 KMH with Streetfighter manifold
I believe these are the final conservative tune figures for stock manifold and Streetfighter manifold.
I will try and post dyno sheets when I can figure out how. May have a working scanner over w/e.
Interestingly my runs were done same day after Alscall's (post above) and we at least 40 runs between us on the day his above starting at #3023 around 10.44 AM and my final tune with stock manifold at #3063 at 04.19 PM. Alscall was already on the dyno when I showed up so he may have had even more runs earlier. As I've said elsewhere I certainly got my moneys worth.
I have 2 graphs printed with 2 runs on each out of 17 done #3047 - #3063.
One graph has I believe my starting run with Streetfighter and no tune #3047 and the final conservative tune with stock manifold #3063.
The other graph has I believe my final or almost final conservative tunes with each manifold #3057 with Streetfighter and #3062 with stock manifold.
Got mine done today,
